Expertise Hydro Solutions rendering division is focused on improving service to renderers. We are in our second decade of service in removing odors and VOCs with wet air scrubbers in the rendering industry. We do not cover up or “mask” odors in wet air scrubbers. We react with the air emissions, using compounds that will form strong bonds within seconds to move the newly created compounds from the air and into the water. Focus Products and services offered are specifically developed for the rendering industry.  REACT-OX® is only sold for use in animal protein rendering applications, as the reactants are specifically targeted to the animal protein plant emissions/odors.

Service Success in odor control for any rendering operation will benefit by regular visits of a representative.  The rep will ensure equipment is operating within specifications and equipment receives preventative maintenance of key parts.  Controllers, probes and pumps are calibrated during our regular service calls.

Equipment By using standard configurations of equipment and as a dealer of the best equipment the industry has to offer, Hydro Solutions is able to maintain the inventory of key components to keep our customers' chemical feed equipment running. In an emergency, most of the time, we will have the parts needed that can be over-nighted to the customer for repairs.  Tools Any successful air scrubber program is going to need management tools the operators can use for reference. Issues such as blowdown rates, chemical feed rates, cleanout procedures, and operation guidelines are all part of the service Hydro Solutions provides.
